Privacy Policy

This policy sets out which personal data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose and on what legal basis. It applies to this website only, not to third-party services linked from it.

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation is:

Wildstyle Network GmbH Werner-Hartmann-Strasse 6 01099 Dresden Germany

Phone: +49 351 7962500 Email: eckhard.koehn@wildstyle-network.com

Further details about the provider are set out in the imprint.

2. Terms

This policy uses the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The full definitions are set out in Article 4 GDPR.

3. Legal bases

We process personal data on one of the following bases:

Consent under Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR, for example when non-essential cookies are set or embedded content is loaded.

Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps under Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR, for example when handling an enquiry.

Legal obligation under Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR, for example commercial and tax retention requirements.

Legitimate interest under Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, for example in the secure and uninterrupted operation of this website.

4. Encryption

This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (TLS). You can recognise this by the address bar of your browser beginning with https://. Data you transmit to us cannot readily be read by third parties.

5. Hosting

This website runs on infrastructure provided by Lovable.

Provider: Lovable Labs Incorporated, USA, with an establishment in the European Union: Lovable Labs AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden.

The provider processes the data that arises technically when the website is accessed, on our behalf. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the reliable operation of this website. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place. Where data is transferred to the USA, section 15 applies.

6. Server log files

Each time this website is accessed, data transmitted by your browser is recorded automatically:

browser type and version operating system used page accessed and referring page date and time of access volume of data transferred truncated IP address

This data is not combined with other sources and does not on its own allow conclusions about your identity. It serves the correct delivery of content, system security and investigation in the event of an attack. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Storage is limited to seven days, after which the data is deleted. Longer retention occurs only where a specific security incident requires analysis.

7. Cookies and consent

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Essential cookies are required to operate the website and are set without consent. The legal basis is Section 25 (2) TDDDG in conjunction with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

All other cookies and comparable technologies are set only after you have given consent. The legal basis is Section 25 (1) TDDDG in conjunction with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out until then.

We use Cookiebot to obtain and document consent.

Provider: Usercentrics A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark.

Cookiebot stores a key identifying your selection together with your truncated IP address in order to evidence your decision. This record is kept for twelve months. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR, as we are required to document consent.

You can change your selection at any time via the link in the footer.

8. Contacting us

You can send us an enquiry via the contact form on this website. We process the details you enter, namely first name, last name, company, job title, email address, telephone number and your message, together with the time of submission and technical transmission data.

We use these details solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions relating to it. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry is directed at a contract, otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in responding to you.

The form is provided technically by HubSpot, see section 9. The details are stored in our HubSpot account. Spam protection is applied to the form to prevent automated submissions, see section 10.

We delete the details once the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no retention obligation applies.

9. HubSpot

This website uses HubSpot for forms, for managing contact enquiries and for analysing usage.

Provider for users in the European Economic Area: HubSpot Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. Parent company: HubSpot, Inc., Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.

HubSpot processes the data on our behalf. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place.

Forms: forms are provided and transmitted via HubSpot. Section 8 applies.

Analytics: HubSpot sets cookies that record your behaviour on this website, such as pages viewed, time spent and traffic source. A usage profile may be created under an identifier and, once you submit a form, linked to your contact details. This processing takes place only if you have consented in the consent banner. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25 (1) TDDDG.

Further information is provided by the provider at legal.hubspot.com.

10. Spam protection in the form

The contact form is protected against automated submissions. We use Google reCAPTCHA for this. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The protection checks whether the input originates from a human. To do so, your IP address, the time spent on the page and mouse and keyboard movements are transmitted to the provider and evaluated there. The content of your entries is not read.

The protection is loaded only when you actually use the form, that is, when you click into the first field. No transmission takes place while you are merely viewing the page.

The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in protecting the form against abusive automated use. Without this protection the form could not reasonably be operated. You may object to this processing under Article 21 GDPR and contact us instead using the details given in section 1.

11. Document downloads

In the Resources section we provide documents for download. We ask for your email address before the download.

We use the address to provide the document and to send you information relating to the topic you downloaded. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

You may object to this use at any time, informally, to the address given in section 1. We will then stop using the address.

12. Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

When the fonts are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google servers, which may also be located in the USA. They are called only after you have consented in the consent banner. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25 (1) TDDDG. Without consent, the website is displayed using a system fallback font.

13. Embedded video

On the home page we embed a video from YouTube. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The video is not loaded initially. Only a preview image is shown, which is stored on our own server and triggers no connection to the provider. A connection to the provider's servers is established and your IP address transmitted only when you expressly start the video. If you are logged in to Google at that time, the request may be attributed to your account. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25 (1) TDDDG.

14. Appointment booking

To arrange a demo appointment we link to Calendly. The provider is Calendly LLC, Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

On our site this is a plain link. Nothing is embedded and no data is transmitted to the provider as long as you do not click the link.

If you click the link, you leave this website. From that point the provider's privacy policy applies, and the provider processes your IP address among other data. If you book an appointment, you submit your name, email address and the selected time there. We receive these details in order to hold the appointment. The legal basis for this is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Calendly LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

15. Recipients and transfers to third countries

We disclose personal data only where you have consented, where we are legally required to do so, or where we use service providers processing on our instructions. Data processing agreements under Article 28 GDPR are in place with those providers.

Some of the providers named have their registered office in the USA or operate data centres there. A transfer takes place only where an adequacy decision of the European Commission applies, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or where appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR have been agreed, in particular standard contractual clauses. HubSpot, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising purposes.

16. Retention

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose. We then delete it, unless commercial or tax retention periods apply. In that case we block the data from further use and delete it once the period has expired.

17. Your rights

You have the following rights in relation to us:

Access under Article 15 GDPR, as to whether and which data we process about you.

Rectification under Article 16 GDPR, where data is inaccurate or incomplete.

Erasure under Article 17 GDPR, unless a retention obligation applies.

Restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR.

Data portability under Article 20 GDPR, in a commonly used, machine-readable format.

Objection under Article 21 GDPR to processing based on a legitimate interest.

An informal message to the contact details in section 1 is sufficient to exercise these rights.

18. Withdrawal of consent

Where you have consented to processing, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal is unaffected. Cookie consent can be changed via the link in the footer, all other consent informally to the address given in section 1.

19. Complaint to the supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is:

Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte Maternistrasse 17 01067 Dresden, Germany Phone: +49 351 85471-101 Email: post@sdtb.sachsen.de www.datenschutz.sachsen.de

20. Version

This privacy policy is dated September 2026. We update it when the services used on this website or the legal situation change.
